Community Management Intern

We're excited to invite qualified corps members to be a part of our dynamic team and contribute to the management of our fast growing network of volunteers across Nigeria.

Requirements

• Currently undergoing National Youth Service Corp or awaiting NYSC.
• Good people relationship and management skills
• A creative mindset with abilities to manage and engage young people
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• A hunger for learning and staying ahead of human resources management
• Minimum of 1 year work/volunteer experience

Responsibilities

• Recruit volunteers (Curators) into the Head Quarters and new networks.
• Ensure seamless training of new Curators
• Support in the creation of Curator’s training courses
• Manage communication with Curators
• Seek and create continuous development oppurtunities for Pioneer Curators.
• will be responsible for resolving and escalating conflicts and concerns amongCurators
• Develop and implement strategies to improve volunteer experience and engagement.
